Happy New Year everyone! We’ve made it to 2020, a brand new decade begins!

It’s been two crazy years since I began self-publishing and looking back to where I was in 2018 makes me realise just how much my life has changed since then. Three books published, and two other novels written in that time. Now, it’s time for me to publish the final book in The Luke Bright Series! I will be revealing the name and the cover of the book in tomorrow’s blog so watch this space!

It was only three years ago in fact that I finished the first draft of this book, which, in comparison to the rest of the three hasn’t changed that much (yet.) Book 4 has always been my favourite of the series and if you’ve been following my reveal blogs about it, you’ll understand that it’s full of so many twists and turns and a lot of drama awaits for Luke in it! It’s where it all ends and I can’t wait to reveal what happens to you.

The reason I love this book so much is because it really relates back to the other books in the series, especially Atlantic Split. It’s almost like things are coming full circle and there’s a lot of loose ends that get tied and a lot of past characters who reappear. However, a lot has changed and a lot will change in this book. It’s intense, emotional, heartbreaking and thrilling, and I’ll be publishing it later this year!

However, once that’s done, it will be emotional – The Luke Bright Series will be pretty much over and completing this series and publishing it will be a huge milestone. One I’m not quite prepared for yet! However, I’ve got plenty more left to tackle in 2020 – my two works in progress, The Signs Are Coming and The Snowflake Trap, and NaNoWriMo 2020! It certainly won’t be a quiet year.

And for Luke? In his reality it won’t be either. A huge amount will happen for him in the next year and also the next month! If you’ve read An Undercover Dream you’ll know how hectic his January will be! So, I guess it’s going to be busy for the both of us!

I hope the new year is good to you all and that it brings happiness and health. I also really hope the world doesn’t take any more nosedives down into prejudice and people like Trump and Boris don’t hinder us any more. Fingers crossed.

So, I’ll see you back here tomorrow for the big reveal! I hope you’re as excited as I am. It’s only fitting this brand new year comes with a brand new book. One that’s going to make a huge impact on both Luke’s and our world. Roll on 2020!
