Happy New Year, and a happy welcome to my website and first blog post! My name is Neil A. King, I am an indie author and today is the big launch of my author website, of my social media pages but most importantly of my dreams. I am taking the chance to self-publish my book series ‘The Luke Bright series’ that I’ve been writing for over ten years, the first of which ‘Atlantic Split’ will be available to purchase in early 2018.

It’s a big decision for me to put my work out there and do it all by myself, but I know that if I don’t do it, I would’ve missed the greatest opportunity of my life – to take hold of my future. After all, as I’m writing about a character who does just that, it would be hypocritical for me to shirk away from my calling.
