There’s just three more months left of the year, can you believe it? We’ll be into 2020 soon! As usual, on the first day of each month, I’m discussing how my writing life is going so far and what I hope will happen in the month ahead.

Firstly, I’d like to share some statistics for September. I won’t share my book sales numbers, but let’s just say, it’s been a success so far, and I’m extremely thankful to everyone who has helped me get this far and bought a copy.

September initially started off as a quiet month, however, I soon got back into writing. Whilst I wanted to have a break after An Undercover Dream was published, it didn’t last long and soon I was working on my work in progress. That went really well and now I have another draft under my belt. I also began going through book 4 of The Luke Bright Series, and that’s something that’s probably going to tide me over for the next few months too.

That’s the plan for October – to keep going with book 4 and start preparing for next year when The Luke Bright Series (for now) comes to it’s close. I’ll also continue marketing An Undercover Dream and running with my theme blogs, so if you haven’t got yourself a copy already then make sure you do before the spoilers come out! There are some big ones in there, and though it’s a big book, you’re going to want to find them out first hand!

Finally, with each 1st of the month blog, I’m going to share a photo of a setting in one of my books and explain a little about it, without too many spoilers!

It’s back to school for Luke Bright – acting school that is, and this image could easily be a place that he gets to spend many hours in. It’s a whole different life for Luke, one that he never thought he’d get to be part of, yet he’s absolutely thriving in it. Make sure you read the book to see how long it lasts!
