1st of the Month – September

We’re into September and as promised, on the 1st of every month, I will do a special blog about how my writing life is going so far and what I hope will happen in the month ahead.

Firstly, I’d like to share some statistics for August. I won’t share my book sales numbers, but let’s just say, it’s been a success so far, and I’m extremely thankful to everyone who has helped me get this far and bought a copy.

August was a much quieter month than the previous months before. With the book off with the beta readers, I had time to do go back to other projects. I finished sharing the quotes and also shared the first chapter of At Liberty To Live. It was nice to have a month’s break to have some other focusses and get geared up for the rest of the year as Autumn creeps in.

So, what am I hoping for September? I’ll be hopefully ordering the second set of proofs and starting more promotion for the book, and soon I’ll have an official date of publication. I’ll start doing some more research into where I’ll be publishing At Liberty To Live. It’s been a long year, but I can’t wait to be this close to publication once again!

Finally, with each 1st of the month blog, I’m going to share a photo of a setting in one of my books and explain a little about it, without spoilers of course. As At Liberty To Live is on the horizon, I’m giving a sneak preview into a setting of this book, even before you get to read it!

This beautiful city is Montreal in Canada – aka the no man’s land in the context of Atlantic Split. Whilst I won’t give too much away about what this picture means, it’s another significant setting in At Liberty To Live and a place that Luke especially never imagines going to.

Atlantic Split is the first book in The Luke Bright Series and is available to purchase NOW! Please follow me on my blog and my social media links below and use the links on my website to purchase a copy if you have not done so. Don’t forget to leave a review! The second book, At Liberty To Live will be released in AUTUMN 2018. Thank you once again for taking the time to read this blog post.

N.A.K.
